How can I order an eTutor language course? Access-based model.

We offer the eTutor English, eTutor German, eTutor Spanish, eTutor French, Business English, Travel English and eTutor matura courses in the form of access for a particular period of time. Once this period expires, you lose access to the course as it will not renew automatically.

If you wish to extend your access, it is necessary that you make another payment. You can do it either during the current access to the course or after its expiration. As for the former, we add another year to your current access. Thanks to this, you will maintain language learning continuity without losing any day of it.

How can I order an eTutor language course? Subscription-based model.

We offer the eTutor Italian course in the form of a subscription which renews automatically at the end of a specified period until the user decides to cancel it. If you cancel the subscription, you can continue your learning until the end of the settlement period. When it comes to an end, you will be able to renew your subscription.

The credit card is the only payment method available for this kind of payment model. The fee is paid in advance through PayU.

When will I be given access to the course I have purchased?

Payments for courses are supported by the automated system. The time you need to wait for the access activation depends on your payment method:

  • electronic transfer/BLIK – we usually receive payments within a few minutes after they are made. Some banks can extend the order processing time if the payment is made outside the bank's working hours,
  • credit card – the order processing time lasts up to a dozen or so minutes (it can extend to a few hours if the payment needs to be verified),
  • PayPal – payments made from the PayPal account balance or the credit card are usually posted within a few minutes at any time during the day.

How can I be sure the transaction is secure?

Transactions made through quick transfers and credit cards are supported by popular and reliable companies – PayU S.A. and PayPal. They offer a lot of secure payment methods while maintaining a very high security level. Your credit card data are never disclosed to eTutor – we only receive a message whether the payment has been completed successfully.

During the whole purchasing process, we use the secure HTTPS connection. The SSL coding protects your data from being intercepted by a third party.

How and where can I study?

With eTutor, you can study in a browser or a mobile app (Android and iOS devices). Also, there are no limitations as far as the place and time of learning are concerned.

The price includes access to all proficiency levels of a particular course, and during the purchased access/subscription period, you can do as many lessons available within the course as you want. You can return to completed lessons multiple times in order to master the material they cover.

Will I get a refund if I cancel the course?

Each user can withdraw from the agreement within the period of 14 days starting from the date the agreement was completed. If you want to cancel your learning, e-mail us at the address given on the Contact page.

Please include all the necessary information: first and last name, login, date of the agreement, and information on why the course has not fulfilled your expectations – this will be a very valuable piece of information for us that will help us improve the platform.

You will receive the refund if you meet the submission deadline indicated above.

How can I receive a VAT invoice for the purchased course?

To receive a VAT invoice, please send to our Customer Service a set of all the data necessary to issue the invoice (purchase and customer data, tax identification number, address to which the invoice should be sent) within 3 calendar days at the latest starting from the date the agreement was concluded. The user will also be able to download the invoice on the Purchased courses page.

The eTutor course prices include the VAT rate appropriate for the country from which the course has been purchased. For Polish customers, the rate is 23%.

My payment failed. What should I do?

If you see the message that the payment failed:

  • make sure you have sufficient funds on your account to make the payment; to do this, check your balance or contact your bank,
  • if you paid with credit card, check if its number and expiry date are correct; if not, update the data and try again,
  • this may be a temporary connection problem, so please wait a few minutes, and try again.

If this still does not work:

  • choose some other payment method,
  • contact your payment service provider.

I live abroad. How can I make the payment?

Users living abroad can pay for our courses through PayPal or with credit card.

The gross price is the same for all users – we do not add extra fees for international transfers.

If the payment is made using a currency different from PLN, it will be automatically converted into PLN based on the exchange rate of the current period.
