After a successful payment process, the card will be sent instantly to the e-mail address associated with your eTutor account. It will also be available for download on the Your courses page in the History of changes segment.

Anyone can redeem a gift card, regardless of whether they have already used eTutor or not. Please note that a lifetime subscription excludes the possibility to use the gift card for the same course.

Once the gifted subscription expires, the Recipient loses access to the given course. If one wishes to continue the adventure with foreign languages, we encourage them to purchase a subscription on their own. We offer tempting promotions, so keep an eye out for the latest information ;)

Gift card refunds are allowed within 14 days of purchase, provided the code has not yet been used. Contact our Customer Service at and describe your situation.

To receive a VAT invoice, select the "I want to receive an invoice" option during the purchase and fill in the form.
