If your phone's model is listed as a compatible device and has the latest version of our app installed, and yet the recordings won't play, make sure that:

the mobile is not on the silent mode/with the vibrating alert on (it makes sounds turn off in many applications),
the sound isn't on mute,
for iPhones: the sound has not been muted through the switch on the side of the phone,
for iPhones and iPads: another app, e.g., a music app, is not playing sound at the same time.

What should I do when only a white screen appears after launching the eTutor Android app on my device?

Why are recordings unable to play on iOS during the initial exercise load?

Due to technological limitations, sound does not automatically play in the Pictures exercise after the exercise page first load. However, all you need to do is click the speaker icon displayed on the screen to do the exercise without any obstacles.
